Welcome to Tan Tan
Authentic Vietnamese Cuisine and Sauces
Tân Tân Café & Delicatessen has been serving authentic Vietnamese cuisine in Beaverton, Oregon for over 20 years. Our family-owned restaurant specializes in a variety of dishes including traditional Vietnamese-style sandwiches (Bánh Mì), beef noodle soup (Phở), and an assortment of house-made delicatessen hams and pâté. We also offer freshly brewed bubble tea and a medley of traditional Vietnamese desserts.
In 2017, we launched our own line of Tân Tân Vietnamese sauces based on our family’s recipes that we have been serving at the restaurant. Our Peanut Sauce, Hoisin Sauce, and ever-popular Mom’s Hot Chili Sauce are the first line of Vietnamese sauces made in Oregon and can be used as dipping sauces, marinades, glazes, and in stir-fries. Tân Tân means New Beginnings and we are excited to share our flavors with you.

Our Story
TAN TAN MEANS “NEW BEGINNINGS”
Escaping Vietnam after the fall of Saigon in 1976, Vinh and Mai sought a new beginning. Their daughter Lisa was born in an Indonesian refugee camp. Our family arrived in Oregon in 1981. In the years since, our family’s Tân Tân Cafe & Delicatessen restaurant has become a local favorite and provided a space for our family to form a wonderful community and share our flavors.
With the support of our amazing customers, we embarked another new beginning in 2017. We introduced a trio of our most popular house sauces for home cooks and plan to expand the line. We are committed to keeping our sauces certified vegan and gluten-free. Our beautifully packaged products are reminiscent of our family’s heritage.
Our family looks forward to welcoming you with our flavors.
Warmly Yours,
Vinh, Mai & Lisa
